Umps are in the worst possible spot, they should get hazard pay - maybe a 20% differential over the other refs. They moved them last year to protect them, but moved them back this year. After seeing this video, there is no doubt in my mind that there will be an umpire who will be seriously hurt one of these days, I wouldn't insure them.
