Everyone Loves Twitter Beef

The Scout.com reported that Minnesota Vikings wide receiver Bernard Berrian engaged in a Twitter battle with a state lawmaker who has co-authored a bill to aid the construction of a new stadium for the Vikings. Rep. John Kriesel, R-Cottage Grove is an Iraq war veteran who lost both of his legs in military combat in 2006 due to an IED roadside bomb and is the person that Berrian was having the Tweet beef with.

"If you want to follow a hilarious twitter account, try @B_Twice (Bernard Berrian) who says that he's open a lot and should get the ball more,"

Berrian:
"Anytime u wanna watch the film with me. Not just one game but all of them,"

"Especially bout something he knows nothing about. How classy is that of him?? … and for future reference both my parents and my older bro served in the military."

Kriesel:
"I don't expect Berrian to care if I'm a stadium supporter or not," Kriesel shot back. "He won't be in the NFL when the stadium opens."

Bernard Berrian’s stats for the year:
After four games, he has 2 catches for 37 yards. The Vikings are 0-4. This guy should probably spend less time on Twitter and more time practicing catching the football.
