This team has only won their division 3 times in history and Prince was still partying the last time the Lions made the playoffs, in 1999.
Now its 2011 and The Lions rolled to a 2-0 start, with a point differential of plus 52 points. (75 for, 33 against).
The defense is big and quick, led by last years first round pick Ndamu(King)kong Suh, pictured above ripping Jake Delhommes head off.
Plus the Lions offense has been stellar. Matt Stafford has the 4th best QB rating in the NFL thus far, and with the weapons around him it is apparent he will have more to show us in the coming weeks.
Will be fun to see how far this young, talented team goes in 2011.
